I weigh more now than I did when I joined @blessedbodiesfitness in 2012, yet my waistline is permanently smaller. Both photos show me at 4 weeks out from a fitness competition, and with the exact same leanness. Can you see the difference in my middle?
I have never had a weight problem but my body type gives me skinny legs and a broader middle. I’m literally fighting my body type at this point and winning. (Thanks Coach @fatikusch I’m saying #GOODBYE to toothpick legs and saying #HELLO to my new #hourglassFigure. It’s a nonstop process but the bottom line is:
-it’s not always about the number on the scale!
It’s a myth that a #hardBody can’t be curvy.
I choose to build long-lasting curves through #naturalBodybuilding vs. from living a stagnant lifestyle and eating cake and cookies all the time.
